Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Sales Executive

Location: SMCHS

• Night Shift — 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to manage international client acquisition and sales through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Upwork profile management, proposal strategy, and international client communication, with the confidence to handle video/audio calls and close deals professionally.
This role is best suited for a mid-level to senior professional with a proven track record in international sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Upwork profiles professionally to maintain a strong marketplace presence
• Identify and pursue high-quality leads aligned with company services
• Write customized, high-converting proposals and sales pitches
• Conduct video/audio meetings with international clients confidently
• Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term collaboration
• Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures effectively
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of $4,000+
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, international sales, or client management
• Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and profile optimization
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Confident in handling international client meetings and negotiations
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals successfully
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a software house, IT services, or digital agency
