Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our graphics business by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for graphic design, printing, branding, and related services
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
• Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/production team to deliver customized solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the graphics, printing, or creative industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
