Job description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to lead revenue growth by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven sales track record.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through cold calls, emails, phone calls, and in-person visits.
- Expand product distribution and market presence within the assigned territory.
- Educate existing customers and identify opportunities to promote company business.
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies.
- Coordinate with management and the marketing team to execute promotional activities and drive regional sales growth.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Manage and expand business development activities across Dubai Emirate.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 1 year experience in UAE.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistent performance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to communicate with customers both in the field and via phone calls.
