BFS Commercial Brokers L.L.C is a licensed business brokerage firm in Dubai. We connect serious investors with established businesses for sale across all industries in the UAE. We are growing fast and we need a driven sales professional to join our team immediately.

Your Role:

* Call business owners across Dubai daily

* Present and sell BFS listing and marketing packages

* Build strong relationships with potential sellers

* Achieve clear weekly and monthly sales targets

* Report directly to the Founder

You Are:

- Perfect English speaker — spoken and written (non-negotiable)

- Highly confident and persuasive on the phone

- Sales driven — you love closing

- Positive, resilient and hungry to earn

- Based in Dubai on your OWN VISA (we do not provide sponsorship)

- Available to start immediately

Experience Required:

- Minimum 1 year in phone sales.

- Real estate, insurance, banking or telemarketing background

strongly preferred.

- Base Salary: AED 3,000/month (paid upon achieving monthly target)

- Commission on every package sold — from day one

Targets:

- Minimum 60 calls per day

- Minimum 12 packages per month

- High achievers earn significantly more through commission

Probation Period:

1 month probation applies.

Commission earned from day one.

Base salary activated upon

successfully passing probation.
