Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and develop high-value prospects through research, networking, and strategic outreach campaigns
  • Complex Sales Management: Navigate extended sales cycles, manage multiple stakeholders, and orchestrate resources to close significant deals
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and position value propositions that address specific business challenges
  • Account Growth: Expand revenue within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, manage CRM data, and provide regular sales reporting and analysis
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitive insights, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies
  • Team Mentorship: Guide junior sales representatives, share best practices, and contribute to team training and development initiatives
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns and with customer success teams on account retention strategies
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
