Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting our products/services and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, andmarket research.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.

· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

· Achieve order targets and maintain consistency in target attainment.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• Degree preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, document preparation, and industry standards
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year experience (same industry preferred)
• Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage and influence a team.
• A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
• Faster learner and quick to adapt to new work environments and company culture
• Strong coordination skills with internal departments like operations, logistics, and accounts
• Able to manage pressure and multitask during peak business periods
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction
• Always looking for opportunities to grow the client base and support company growth
• Additional Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
