Sales Executive

Tele Sales Executive – Forex & CFD Brokerage

We are seeking ambitious, result-driven Tele Sales Executives ( Forex Industry Experience only) with a strong hunger for success and high earning potential. This role is ideal for money-motivated professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment offering an attractive fixed salary plus uncapped commissions.

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in expanding our Forex & CFD trading clientele. You will leverage your communication skills, sales expertise, and market understanding to convert leads into active trading clients while building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone to promote Forex & CFD trading products and services
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess client suitability in line with company guidelines
  • Educate prospects on trading platforms, products, and account types after structured training
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to drive account openings and initial deposits
  • Coordinate with the Head of Sales / Account Managers to support deal closures and client activation
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Adhere to compliance, risk disclosures, and ethical sales practices at all times
  • Share market insights, sales techniques, and best practices with team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Tele Sales / Call Center Sales (Forex, CFDs, Financial Services preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Forex & CFD markets or willingness to learn through training
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and structured follow-ups
  • Target-oriented, resilient, and commission-driven mindset
  • Professional attitude with strong relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
