About the Role
We are launching an exciting new workplace technology venture focused on employee rewards, recognition, and engagement solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the rewards & recognition, employee engagement, HR tech, or related SaaS sectors. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping commercial growth.
Goal: Heavy inbound function with 40% outbound.
Responsibility

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Build relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers

Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing

Conduct demos and presentations of the platform

Develop sales pipelines within GCC and other international markets

Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy

Maintain CRM and sales reporting processes
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience in rewards & recognition and employee engagement
-
Experience using CRM Hubspot and outbound tools such as Aircall, Surfe, Sales navigator...

GCC market exposure with experience selling this type of solution

Strong B2B sales and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Comfortable working from the office

Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
