About the Role

We are launching an exciting new workplace technology venture focused on employee rewards, recognition, and engagement solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the rewards & recognition, employee engagement, HR tech, or related SaaS sectors. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping commercial growth. Goal: Heavy inbound function with 40% outbound.


Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
  • Conduct demos and presentations of the platform
  • Develop sales pipelines within GCC and other international markets
  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain CRM and sales reporting processes


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in rewards & recognition and employee engagement
  • Experience using CRM Hubspot and outbound tools such as Aircall, Surfe, Sales navigator...
  • GCC market exposure with experience selling this type of solution
  • Strong B2B sales and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment
  • Comfortable working from the office
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus
