Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for our Interior Fit-Out & Joinery company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for fit-out and joinery projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out and joinery projects
• Meet with clients, consultants, contractors, and designers to understand project requirements
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry in the UAE
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Knowledge of fit-out and joinery materials/services is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
