Job Description – Sales Executive

About the Company

First Key Business Services is a growing business setup and corporate services company in Dubai, helping entrepreneurs and companies with company formation, PRO services, visas, banking assistance, and business support solutions across the UAE.

Position: Sales ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Promote company formation and business setup services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations professionally.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM/sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in UAE (business setup, banking, insurance, telecom, or service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.

Senior Sales Executive Version (Optional Upgrade)

Additional Requirements

  • 4+ years of UAE sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving high sales targets.
  • Ability to handle key accounts and corporate clients.
  • Experience mentoring junior sales staff.
  • Strong network within UAE business community preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sales initiatives.
  • Manage high-value clients and partnerships.
  • Support management in sales planning and forecasting.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
