Job Title: Sales Executive (End User)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven End User Sales Executive to manage direct sales of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and related industrial products to factories, construction companies, oil & gas firms, logistics providers, and other industrial end users across the UAE. The role involves building strong B2B relationships, conducting site visits, and providing product-based solutions to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting end users in construction, manufacturing, logistics, oil & gas, and other industrial sectors

Identify and approach new clients and maintain strong relationships with procurement and safety departments

Conduct client visits, site assessments, product presentations, and technical demos

Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

Coordinate with internal logistics, procurement, and finance teams for smooth order execution

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
-
Minimum 24 years of proven experience in end user / B2B sales, preferably in PPE, industrial consumables, or tools

Strong knowledge of sales processes, pricing strategies, and client relationship management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to travel across the UAE for site visits and client meetings

Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Existing client base or market knowledge in UAE's industrial sectors is highly desirable

Technical knowledge of PPE standards and applications is an advantage
