Job Purpose
We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven, and experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to expand our market presence in the wholesale and discount shop sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales volume, securing new B2B accounts, managing distribution channels, and ensuring complete financial accountability for all generated sales.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Market Expansion
- Identify and onboard new high-volume clients, including discount shops, wholesale traders, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Conduct daily field visits to wholesale markets and commercial hubs to generate leads and close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales volume targets for paper cups.
- Negotiate pricing, bulk discounts, and delivery terms in alignment with company policies.
2. Account & Credit Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing wholesale and retail clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and stock availability to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage client accounts, handle re-orders seamlessly, and resolve customer grievances promptly.
3. Collections & Financial Accountability
- End-to-End Responsibility: Take full personal accountability for the collection of all outstanding invoice values from assigned clients.
- Assess the creditworthiness of clients before offering credit terms, adhering strictly to company payment policies.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up rigorously on delayed accounts to prevent bad debts.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven outdoor sales experience, preferably within the FMCG, packaging, disposable tableware, or paper manufacturing industry.
- Market Knowledge: Established network and strong existing relationships with wholesale markets and discount shop owners.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong mathematical skills for calculating bulk pricing and discounts.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a major advantage.
- License: Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
