We're Hiring: Founding Sales Team Member - Media Kingdoms (Dubai)

We've already built something that works. Now we're doing it again, here in Dubai.

Media Kingdoms is a results-driven social media and digital marketing agency that's been growing strong in India. We've proven the model, built the systems, and earned the results. Now we're bringing that engine to Dubai and we're building our sales team here from scratch.

This is your chance to come in as a founding member of the sales team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO to shape how we sell, who we target, and how we grow in a brand-new market.

What you'll actually do

• Build our Dubai sales function from zero - process, pipeline, outreach, and playbook
• Work directly and closely with the CEO on strategy, targets, and positioning
• Generate and close new business across social media management, content, and paid ads
• Run discovery calls, present proposals, and own deals from first contact to signed retainer
• Help establish Media Kingdoms as a serious player in the UAE market

Who this is for

• Someone with sales experience (agency, marketing, media, or B2B services ideal) who wants ownership, not a seat
• A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, you build the road as you walk it
• Strong communicator who can sell on value and build trust fast
• Hungry, accountable, and excited to get in early on a proven brand entering a new market
• Based in Dubai; UAE market experience is a strong plus
