Sales Executive

Sales Executive | Dubai | AED 320,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Sales Executive to join a fast-growing international business operating within the beauty, fragrance and retail sector across the Middle East region.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, enjoys building markets, and has the drive to make things happen. The business is in a strong phase of regional expansion, offering excellent exposure, autonomy and long-term career development.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will act as the key commercial link between the business and its distributor network across 16 markets including the Gulf region, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Lebanon.

You will be responsible for implementing commercial strategies, driving sell-in and sell-out performance, managing operational follow-up, and identifying key pillars for sustainable market growth.

This role requires a proactive, commercially sharp individual with strong relationship management skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop distributor relationships across the Middle East region to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Define and implement key commercial growth pillars across retail channels and markets
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out execution in line with business objectives
  • Coordinate activation plans and ensure strong in-market execution with distributors and retailers
  • Monitor stock levels, forecasts, orders, and operational follow-up
  • Act as the key liaison between distributors, retailers, and internal regional teams
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and resolve challenges
  • Build strong partnerships through communication, influence, and problem-solving
  • Monitor KPIs, payments, rebates, and account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with Education, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment
  • Travel regularly across the region to support market development

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded, ambitious sales professional with strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.

You will ideally bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in wholesale, sales, or key account management within beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG, or luxury retail
  • Strong experience working with distributors and retail partners across regional markets
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, brand positioning, and market dynamics
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and storytelling skills
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to challenge and drive results
  • Strong operational capability (stock, forecasting, order management)
  • Ability to manage complexity across multiple countries and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Arabic is advantageous but not essential
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Essential Requirements

  • Currently based in Dubai with an established network within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail sector
  • Proven wholesale and sales experience is essential
  • This role is suited to candidates already operating within wholesale or distributor-led environments; retail candidates seeking to transition into wholesale are not suitable
