Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating sales, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets. The role involves prospecting new customers, maintaining existing accounts, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and site visits to prospective clients.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide professional customer support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle client concerns and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.

Account Management

  • Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts and key customers.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Primarily office-based with regular client meetings and site visits.
  • May require travel, evening meetings, or participation in events and exhibitions as needed.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to meet business demands.
