Job Purpose
To generate new business, maintain existing customer relationships, promote printer consumables and printing solutions, achieve sales targets, and increase market presence through regular customer visits and business development activities.
Pre requisites are as follows.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales and related segment
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate and qualify new customer leads via field visits, phone calls, referrals, walk-ins, and digital channels
- Visit existing and potential customers daily.
- Understand customers’ printing needs and recommend appropriate consumables and accessories
- Present product features/benefits and demonstrate value based on usage
- Close sales and meet monthly/quarterly individual targets
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and returns/exchanges professionally
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM or sales tools
- Follow-up on pending leads and orders, and drive repeat purchase behavior
- Good command over English and Arabic, additional languages are appreciated
- Coordination with back office and Technical Support teamSkills & Competencies

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing and activities.
- Report market trends and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for new products and services.
- Gather information on upcoming projects
Collections & Credit Control
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with finance for customer account reconciliation.
- Ensure customers adhere to agreed credit terms.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1–3 years in retail / B2C sales / field sales — experience in printers/IT peripherals is a plus

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
