We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting Leads: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Client Presentations: Schedule and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage customer inquiries and track all activities within the company CRM system.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts to meet monthly targets.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to optimize sales efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Travel: Ability to travel occasionally for client visits.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
