Job Overview:
Nitro Fox Digital (Private) Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — identifying and qualifying new opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships across both local and international markets. You'll generate leads through proactive outreach, present tailored solutions to business clients, and represent the brand confidently across calls, meetings, and digital channels. This is a high-ownership role for a confident communicator who thrives on hitting targets and turning prospects into lasting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across local and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals — for both domestic and overseas prospects.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
- Conduct client outreach, presentations, and service briefings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions across web, branding, digital marketing, and Web3.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities.
- Support exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Represent the brand professionally across client meetings and digital channels, including creating engaging short-form video content to support outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within a digital agency or services environment.
- Demonstrated cold-calling and lead-generation experience across both local and international markets.
- Strong command of business-to-business (B2B) sales — selling services to companies and organisations.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with international clients.
- A confident on-screen presence, comfortable presenting on video and representing the brand publicly.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting revenue goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and core digital marketing concepts

Work Location:
This is a fully on-site role based at our office in the World Trade Center, GigaMall, DHA-2, Islamabad. Remote work is not available for this position.
