Job Description

Qureos is seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling our products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Staffing or Recruitment Industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required
