Position Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Director of Sales

Paid Training – Full Time up to $500 Weekly

Purpose: Vacation Club Sales for Sapphire Resorts. Sales Executives conduct a 90–120-minute sales presentation with pre-qualified guest for the purpose of offering a vacation ownership plan.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • 15-minute meet and greet where you obtain information from the guest.
  • Sit through a 45-minute podium presentation with your guest
  • Overcoming objections
  • All other duties as assigned.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Job Requirements

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED referred.
  • Maintain a performance criterion that is measured by monthly sales reports.
  • Real Estate License after 90 days

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule

Shift: Weekends and holidays are required

  • $12.00 per hour or high-end weekly commissions
  • Monthly bonuses
