Sales Executive Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, confident in building relationships, and skilled at engaging customers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions through effective cost-benefit analysis
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and performance objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends, territory potential, and sales performance
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer feedback, market activity, and opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve performance through feedback and training
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences
  • Goal-driven mindset with a demonstrated sales track record
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
