Sales Executive / Account Manager (B2B)

Job Overview: Manar Academy Qatar is in search of a dynamic Sales Executive / Account Manager (B2B) to join our growing team. This role is essential for driving our business-to-business sales efforts and establishing strong relationships with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration and delivery of services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software tools and sales tracking systems.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with strong organizational skills.

Salary:

Hourly rate between QAR 45 - 90, depending on experience.
