Job Overview: Manar Academy Qatar is in search of a dynamic Sales Executive / Account Manager (B2B) to join our growing team. This role is essential for driving our business-to-business sales efforts and establishing strong relationships with partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration and delivery of services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software tools and sales tracking systems.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with strong organizational skills.
Salary:
Hourly rate between QAR 45 - 90, depending on experience.
