Position Overview

The Sales Executive – Air Freight Cargo is responsible for generating new business, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the air freight division.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of air freight operations, and the ability to handle high-value shipments including automotive, project cargo, DG, and time-sensitive consignments.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of air freight operations

Understanding of IATA regulations

Basic DG awareness

Excellent negotiation skills

Commercial thinking and margin discipline

High attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

CRM & ERP knowledge preferred

UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Experience

3–5 years in Air Freight Sales (UAE market preferred)

Experience handling high-value automotive cargo is a strong advantage

Existing client database is preferred

Knowledge of airline cargo products

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly revenue target achievement

Gross profit margin percentage

Client acquisition rate

Conversion ratio

Client retention rate

Reduction in pricing errors

On-time commercial follow-up
