As we expand our footprint in Dubai, we are seeking a young, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our B2B business development efforts across key high-impact sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Business Development: Identify and penetrate high-potential markets, including Hotels, Clinics, Corporate Offices, Spas, Gyms, Schools, Construction Firms, Manufacturing Facilities, and Building Facility Management (FM) companies.

· Solution-Based Selling: Conduct comprehensive environmental needs analyses and air quality audits for clients, translating complex data into actionable health and safety benefits.

· Technical Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact professional presentations and live product demonstrations, showcasing the technical superiority and ROI of our purification systems to key decision-makers.

· End-to-End Sales Execution: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to high-level negotiations and final contract closure.

· Market Ambassadorship: Represent the organization at prestigious industry events and exhibitions to monitor emerging trends and expand our network of strategic partners.

· Pipeline Management: Proactively maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve ambitious monthly and annual revenue targets while ensuring CRM data integrity.

· Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and after-sales teams to ensure seamless installation, client education, and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

· Dynamic Sales Professional: A "hunter" mindset with a proven track record in B2B sales. While an engineering degree is not required, you must possess the intellectual curiosity to master and explain technical specifications and environmental data clearly.

· Multilingual Excellence: Exceptional command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential for navigating Dubai’s diverse business landscape.

· Industry Agility: Experience selling into the hospitality, healthcare, or facility management sectors is highly advantageous.

· Persuasive Communicator: Ability to engage everyone from facility managers to C-suite executives with a consultative, value-driven approach.

· Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is an asset to facilitate regular site visits across the city.
