Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings professionally.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Provide accurate information regarding property pricing, market trends, and legal procedures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
3. Documentation & Coordination
- Assist clients with booking procedures, agreements, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain updated client records and sales reports in the CRM system.
4. Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
- Submit regular sales activity and performance reports to management.
- Stay updated with current real estate regulations and industry practices.
