Sales Executive and Tele caller

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings professionally.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Provide accurate information regarding property pricing, market trends, and legal procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

3. Documentation & Coordination

  • Assist clients with booking procedures, agreements, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain updated client records and sales reports in the CRM system.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
  • Submit regular sales activity and performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated with current real estate regulations and industry practices.
