Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary:

Seven Seas Hotel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven UAE hotel experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Fluency in Arabic and a valid UAE driving license are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new corporate, government, and travel agency accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and rate agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the UAE hospitality sector.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and Revenue teams for smooth operations.
• Represent the hotel at exhibitions, networking events, and sales trips.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client database.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE hotel sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market (corporate, leisure, and government segments).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven with strong business development abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
• Strong existing client network within UAE hospitality market.
