About the Role

Polaris Technology is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Arabic Speaker to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from generating and qualifying leads to conducting client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal submissions, follow-ups, and deal closures.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS, ERP, or POS software sales who enjoys building relationships, understanding business challenges, and helping clients improve their operations through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP and POS solutions.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to generate business opportunities.
  • Represent Polaris Technology professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, POS, or software solutions.
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand business operations and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality technology sales will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
