We are looking for a Sales Executive to grow BLOME in premium beauty/spa and hair salons across the UAE and Middle East. You should speak Arabic and English and already have strong salon contacts/database. Your goal is to open new accounts, support existing salons, and drive sales.

About BLOME
BLOME is a premium Japanese hair care brand produced in Japan. We are expanding our salon network across the UAE and Middle East, and are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with an existing salon database and strong relationships in the premium beauty segment.

Role Summary

You will open new premium salon accounts, support them after onboarding, and help increase regular orders and in-salon sales. This role requires native/advanced Arabic + strong English and proven sales experience in the beauty/salon/Spa industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow BLOME presence in premium beauty salons / spa / hotel chains / premium pharmacies / premium retailers across UAE and Middle East
  • Use your existing salon contacts & database to activate qualified leads quickly
  • Conduct salon visits, presentations, and product training for staff
  • Follow up with salons to grow orders and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure correct brand representation: assortment, merchandising, and in-salon visibility

Requirements (mandatory)

  • Arabic speaker + English (professional level)
  • Existing network/database of beauty & hair salons in Dubai/UAE (premium segment preferred)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales (beauty, cosmetics, salon distribution, professional hair/cosmetics care)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven: can work independently in the field and report consistently

Nice to Have (but not mandatory)

  • Experience with premium/luxury beauty brands (hair care, skin care or similar)
  • Understanding of salon retail, staff incentives, and sell-through programs
  • UAE market knowledge: salon purchasing behavior, decision makers, seasonality
  • Valid UAE driving license would be a plus (or ability to travel for daily visits)
