We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in Architectural and Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the construction and interior fit-out industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architectural and interior fit-out sector.
- Generate leads through client visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Meet architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients to promote company services.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations to clients.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION: B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years of experience as Sales Executive (Fit out)
- Should have experience in Fit out Projects (stadium seating, Pitch, Fit out products related to sports)
- Should have prior experience in Saudi Arabia minimum 5 years with related field.
SITE & LOCATION:
Saudi Arabia - Eastern Region or Western Region
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per hour
