About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive Assistant to serve as a dedicated support partner directly to our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build foundational experience at the intersection of sales operations and executive support in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. This role is internally focused and does not require direct client interaction, though occasional overnight travel is required to support the CEO during on-site client meetings.
What You'll Do
- Conduct backend lead research to help identify and qualify prospective clients
- Monitor the sales pipeline and flag follow-up actions to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Draft and proofread client-facing correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain and update CRM records to support pipeline accuracy and reporting
- Monitor and track existing client accounts to ensure continued engagement and identify opportunities for repeat or ongoing business
- Assist with meeting preparation and day-to-day administrative sales-related needs of the CEO
- Support the cadence of outreach by tracking deal stages and follow-up timelines
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordinator role
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in professional correspondence
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated comfort with technology and a proven ability to learn new systems and software with minimal ramp-up time
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Proactive mindset — someone who identifies what needs to be done without being asked
- Interest in sales processes and client relationship management
Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
