Job Summary
We work closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions for luxury residences and commercial projects.We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive from the construction / interiors industry who already has strong, established relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and main contractors in the UAE.
The ideal candidate is currently or previously selling interior-related products such as AV, automation, lighting, sanitaryware, tiles, flooring, wall finishes, kitchens, wardrobes, or similar specification-driven products—and is confident in leveraging existing industry connections to introduce Auratech’s AV and smart home solutions into residential and commercial projects.
⚠This role is relationship-driven. Candidates without prior industry connects will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors to generate leads and project opportunities
- Get Auratech specified at design and pre-construction stages of projects
- Promote and sell:
- Smart home automation solutions
- High-end residential AV systems
- Networking, Wi-Fi & CCTV solutions
- Corporate AV & video conferencing solutions
- Conduct product presentations and solution briefings to designers and consultants
- Coordinate with internal presales and technical teams for solution design
- Track projects from specification to closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to generate repeat business
Candidate Profile (Mandatory)
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in the UAE construction / interiors industry
- Proven experience selling specification-based interior products, such as:
- Lighting systems
- Sanitaryware
- Tiles & surfaces
- Kitchens / wardrobes
- Interior fit-out or architectural products
- Established and active network with:
- Architects
- Interior designers
- Consultants
- Main contractors & fit-out contractors
- Strong understanding of project sales cycles in the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Candidate must have own vehicle and be willing to travel across Dubai and other Emirates to meet architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors
- Comfortable with site visits, design studios, consultant offices, and project meetings

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
