Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in software sales with unlimited earning potential through our competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online marketing)
• Present and demonstrate Axon ERP software solutions to potential clients
• Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate ERP modules and pricing plans
• Conduct product demonstrations and free trials for prospective clients
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers

Education

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or related field
• Relevant sales experience may also be considered

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferred)
• Experience in software/technology/SaaS sales is a plus
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good understanding of business operations and ERP concepts (training will be provided)
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
