Sales Executive Ayurvedic Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong background in Ayurveda who can handle offline field sales promoting, demonstrating, and educating Ayurvedic doctors, medical shop owners, and retail customers about Gulmohartree’s product range. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Ayurvedic or pharma sales and be capable of driving brand presence through product awareness, relationship building, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, and medical stores to promote Gulmohartree products.

Conduct product education sessions for Ayurvedic practitioners and store personnel.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and retailers.

Identify and onboard new stockists, distributors, and retail outlets.

Conduct product sampling, demonstrations, and local marketing activities to increase brand visibility.

Collect market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback for strategic input.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure proper product display and brand representation at partner outlets.

Represent Gulmohartree in local Ayurvedic fairs, exhibitions, or events.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BAMS preferred or graduate with Ayurveda sales experience).
• Experience: 3–4 years in Ayurvedic/FMCG/Pharma field sales.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Ayurvedic concepts, formulations, and wellness solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven field sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and travel within Mumbai and nearby areas.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
