Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, results driven B2B Sales Executive to support business growth by managing inbound leads and generating new sales opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, hands on outreach, and the ability to build relationships across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond promptly to all incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound leads, understand client needs, and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Generate new business through outbound activities, including office visits, referrals, cold outreach, and follow ups
  • Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and social selling to identify and engage decision makers
  • Represent VIWELL at marketing campaigns, networking events, industry events, and activations to generate leads and strengthen brand presence
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service introductions
  • Prepare, share, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts as required
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and closed deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with both inbound lead management and proactive outbound outreach
  • Confident in face to face meetings, office visits, and networking environments
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
