Durub Water Solutions LLC is a UAE-based supplier of water pumps, GRP tanks, solar water heating, and water treatment equipment serving contractors and MEP projects across the UAE.

We are looking for a field-oriented B2B Sales Executive who understands how projects actually move — from site visits to follow-ups to closing.

This role is not office-based. It suits someone comfortable meeting contractors, consultants, and project teams regularly and building long-term business relationships.

What You Will Do

• Develop new business within contractors, MEP companies, and project clients
• Visit sites, generate inquiries, and follow up quotations
• Handle the full cycle from opportunity creation to closing
• Work with engineering team on technical and commercial proposals
• Maintain consistent follow-up until order confirmation
• Build repeat customers, not one-time sales

Who Will Fit This Role

• 2+ years experience in construction / MEP / technical B2B sales
• Familiar with contractors and project environment in the UAE
• Comfortable with field work and regular client visits
• Organized and persistent in follow-ups
• Able to understand technical products
• UAE driving license preferred

Compensation

• Basic salary + performance-based commission

Commission is calculated on invoiced and collected sales.
