Our programs combine advanced technologies, nutritional support, and regenerative solutions to deliver life-changing outcomes.

We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Sales Executive to help educate prospective patients and guide them through treatment decisions.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive plays a critical role in converting qualified consultations into enrolled patients. This individual will build trust with patients, explain treatment recommendations, overcome concerns, and help individuals take the next step toward better health.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in consultative sales, enjoys helping people, and is motivated by both financial success and making a meaningful impact.

ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultations

  • Meet with prospective patients following their medical evaluation.
  • Explain treatment recommendations and care plans.
  • Educate patients on neuropathy, circulation, metabolic health, and regenerative therapies.
  • Build trust and establish strong relationships with patients and their families.

Sales and Enrollment

  • Present treatment programs and financing options.
  • Address questions and objections professionally and compassionately.
  • Guide patients through the enrollment process.
  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue and enrollment goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within CRM systems.

Relationship Management

  • Conduct follow-up calls with prospective patients.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training.

Qualifications Required

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, medical sales, wellness, regenerative medicine, chiropractic, or functional medicine.
  • Experience with financing programs and patient payment options.
  • Background in consultative or relationship-based selling.
