Affordable Group Of Companies seeking an experienced Facade Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the UAE façade and cladding industry. The ideal candidate will focus on B2B sales, client acquisition, and project sales of façade systems, including aluminium, glass, ACP, and curtain wall solutions. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell façade systems and cladding solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and architects
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in façade/cladding sales or construction B2B sales (UAE)
- Strong knowledge of aluminium, glass, ACP, and curtain wall systems
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Existing network of contractors, consultants, and architects is a plus
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
