Affordable Group Of Companies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Pest Control to drive sales growth in the UAE pest control market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B sales, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and revenue generation for residential, commercial, and industrial pest control services. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for pest control services
- Generate new leads and expand the client base across UAE
- Sell pest control services including residential, commercial, and annual maintenance contracts
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and service presentations
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and close long-term service agreements
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for service delivery
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pest control sales or facilities management sales (UAE)
- Strong understanding of UAE pest control regulations and service contracts
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
