Sales Executive – Cosmetics / Beauty ProductsJob Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of cosmetic and beauty products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, salons, and beauty centers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Promote and sell the company's beauty and cosmetic products to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail counters.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Manage product demonstrations and sampling activities.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or personal care products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Good knowledge of beauty industry trends and customer preferences.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred for field sales roles).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
