We are a fast-growing dermatological skincare company dedicated to providing high-quality, result-oriented products to beauty salons, spas, and aesthetic professionals. We are expanding our Beauty Division and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in the salon segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily door-to-door visits to beauty parlors, salons, and spas within assigned territories
- Conduct product induction by pitching and demonstrating the benefits of our products to salon owners and lead beauticians
- Secure orders, ensure proper product placement, and achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Identify and onboard new beauty parlors within the territory
- Provide daily market reports including visit updates, beautician feedback, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of field sales experience (Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
