Sales Executive (Building Construction Chemicals with Architectural Experience) - Female Position

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Female Sales Executive with hand on experience of building construction chemical manufacturing, along with a solid understanding of architectural products, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing business within the construction and architectural segments while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell building construction chemical products to architects, consultants, contractors, and builders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the construction and architectural sectors.
• Understand architectural drawings, material specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and build strong customer networks.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely customer support and product delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Chemistry.
• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of architectural materials and ability to read basic architectural drawings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for market and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
