Job Opportunity: Sales Executive – Building Construction Materials

Location: SITE Area (Nazimabad), Karachi.

We are a leading building construction materials manufacturing company, specializing in construction chemicals and innovative product solutions for the construction industry.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products (construction chemicals and related materials) to contractors, builders, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and project clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Civil Engineering).
• Proven experience in the construction chemicals industry (minimum 3–5 years).
• Established relationships with architects and consultants will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of market awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
