Sales Executive – Building Materials

About Us

Tamkeen Trading L.L.C. is the official distributor of a well-known Turkish brand of professional building materials, including adhesives, bitumen, and membranes. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to expand our presence across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
• Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Present and promote product lines (adhesives, bitumen, membranes, accessories).
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Conduct market analysis and track competitors’ activities.
• Collaborate with management and technical support to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in building materials, construction chemicals, or related sectors.
• Proven B2B sales track record with industry contacts.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and trading market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
