Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Northern Emirates (Ajman or Ras Al Khaimah preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to generate qualified leads, manage client meetings, and support business growth for our External Audit Services. The role is field-oriented and requires strong client interaction and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads for External Audit and related advisory services
  • Conduct client meetings (face-to-face) to understand requirements and introduce company services
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in the Northern Emirates region
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Audit, Tax, Admin) for proposals and onboarding
  • Follow up on proposals, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to operations
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client follow-ups
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and client visits

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Prior experience in an Accounting, Audit, Tax, or Professional Services firm is mandatory
  • Based in or willing to work primarily in Ajman or Ras Al Khaimah
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable handling client meetings independently
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • Familiarity with UAE business environment is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: Performance-based commission on successful closures

  • Understands how professional services are sold (not FMCG or retail sales)

  • Willing to commission on top of a base salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
