We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with excellent English communication skills and a strong passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
This is a revenue-focused role for someone who is confident in speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers from banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and global corporate brands. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, target-oriented, and capable of converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients across banking, finance, fintech, insurance, and corporate sectors
Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and decision-makers
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Confident personality with a professional approach
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Previous experience in sales, business development, media sales, advertising sales, or client servicing is preferred
Experience dealing with corporate or financial sector clients is an advantage
Candidates with their own visa will be preferred
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
