Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and hands-on floral workshop delivery, making it ideal for someone with both commercial and creative strengths.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities for café services, floral products, and event offerings
  • Promote café experiences, floral arrangements, and gifting solutions to individual and corporate clients
  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and individual customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with management

3. Floral Workshops & Events (Core Requirement)

  • Plan, organize, and conduct floral workshops for individuals, groups, and corporate clients
  • Develop creative, seasonal, and themed workshop concepts
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality workshop experiences
  • Manage workshop logistics including materials, setup, and scheduling

4. Market & Business Support

  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor competitors and provide insights to management
  • Support development of new services and customer experiences

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, florists, operations) for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance tracking
  • Prepare sales and activity reports for management review

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience conducting floral workshops (mandatory)
  • Experience in floral design, gifting, or floral business (preferred)
  • Background in F&B, events, hospitality, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems
  • Good understanding of the UAE market (an advantage)
  • UAE driving license (preferred)
