We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and hands-on floral workshop delivery, making it ideal for someone with both commercial and creative strengths.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for café services, floral products, and event offerings
- Promote café experiences, floral arrangements, and gifting solutions to individual and corporate clients
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and individual customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Gather client feedback and share insights with management
3. Floral Workshops & Events (Core Requirement)
- Plan, organize, and conduct floral workshops for individuals, groups, and corporate clients
- Develop creative, seasonal, and themed workshop concepts
- Deliver engaging and high-quality workshop experiences
- Manage workshop logistics including materials, setup, and scheduling
4. Market & Business Support
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor competitors and provide insights to management
- Support development of new services and customer experiences
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, florists, operations) for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance tracking
- Prepare sales and activity reports for management review
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience conducting floral workshops (mandatory)
- Experience in floral design, gifting, or floral business (preferred)
- Background in F&B, events, hospitality, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems
- Good understanding of the UAE market (an advantage)
- UAE driving license (preferred)
