Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong CRM experience to join our growing seafood trading team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships through CRM systems, and coordinating with importers and exporters in the seafood industry. Strong communication skills and industry knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in the frozen seafood import & export market

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with importers, exporters, distributors, and HORECA clients

Use CRM tools effectively to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and maintain customer databases

Coordinate with international suppliers, exporters, and logistics teams for smooth trade operations

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable seafood product solutions

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Ensure proper documentation and follow-up related to international trade processes

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

2+ years of experience in Business Development / CRM roles (Seafood or FMCG preferred)

Strong knowledge of frozen seafood products and international trade processes

Experience coordinating with importers, exporters, and logistics partners

Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
