Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month (Plus Performance Incentives)
Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Vairt is a fast-growing real estate investment platform connecting investors with secure, high-return, and halal investment opportunities. We are expanding our Lahore team and looking for ambitious, target-driven, and confident Sales Executives who want to grow in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and company-provided data.
  • Conduct client consultations to explain Vairt’s investment model and opportunities.
  • Convert leads into confirmed investors through structured follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and investor acquisition targets.
  • Update CRM with accurate client information and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of investors.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Investment Sales, or Financial Services preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in handling high-value clients.
  • Target-driven mindset with closing ability.
  • Basic understanding of CRM and sales tracking tools is a plus.
