We are looking for a confident and results-driven Call Agent to contact businesses, introduce our digital platform, and help them grow by posting their business ads with us. The role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and convincing them to use our platform for better visibility and sales.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, and helping businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing business clients
  • Explain our platform and how it can help grow their business
  • Convince businesses to post ads and use our services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
  • Maintain accurate call records and customer information
  • Follow up with interested clients to close deals
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team

Requirements

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in telesales, call center, or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with making outbound sales calls
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
