Position: Sales Executive - Call Center

Business Unit: Vehicle - Passenger Cars

Career Track: Sales

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online inquiries from website, social media & WhatsApp
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Convert digital leads into showroom visits or direct sales
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM
• Monitor platforms like PakWheels and OLX for new opportunities
• Coordinate with showroom sales team for lead closures
• Provide product details, pricing & offers to customers
• Conduct virtual presentations and video walkarounds
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales (online/digital preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems & social media platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office & basic AI tools
• Automotive industry experience will be a plus

Salary and commissions as per the company's policy, along with other benefits.
